The Impact You'll Make As a key member of blithequark's backend engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Lead the evaluation of current and future tooling and automation for customer support at blithequark, driving implementation across the engineering team. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Senior Solutions Engineer at blithequark, you should possess: At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, DevOps, or site reliability engineering, with a strong foundation in designing and implementing scalable solutions. A minimum of 3 years of experience with scalable, API-based agent or service-oriented software architecture, demonstrating your ability to craft efficient and effective systems. At least 3 years of direct customer support experience, showcasing your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience with agile development methodologies, highlighting your adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement. A proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale distributed systems, underscoring your technical leadership capabilities.
