Senior Solution Consultant - Microsoft 365

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Leading workshops, requirement analyses, and technical assessments with international stakeholders;Designing, building, and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);Advising on strategic and technical use of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including prompt engineering and automation scenarios;Architecting and enhancing SharePoint solutions focused on collaboration, document management, and process optimization;Providing expert guidance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (governance, security, productivity, integrations);Mentoring team members and contributing to best practices, architectural standards, and solution quality;Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot;Collaborating with cross-functional international teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Consultant or Solution Architect, or strong hands-on experience in Power Platform, Copilot, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365;Strong hands-on experience in building Power Platform solutions (canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, connectors, governance);Solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven automation;Proven knowledge of SharePoint Online, modern architecture, and governance best practices;Experience working with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, administration);Ideally, experience with Power BI;Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and architectures;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;Proactive mindset, curiosity for new technologies, and focus on innovation;Fluent in English with good presentation skills and strong customer orientation;Fast learner with a structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
