If you're passionate about using your technical expertise to make a difference, we want to talk to you.We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team!About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of an advanced AI/ML-driven data science platform supporting a critical federal healthcare client. This platform will transform vast amounts of unstructured data into actionable insights, directly improving healthcare outcomes.As a technical leader, you'll engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and federal stakeholders.About YouYou are confident in providing technical leadership and mentoring. You bring exceptional communication skills and are capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive, a problem-solver and adept at collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and clients. You are passionate about growing and continuously learning in your field. You love making an impact!Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
7+ years of professional software development experience.
4+ years of hands-on AWS experience (Amplify, Lambda, S3, Aurora, Glue, IAM)
Proficiency with React, Django, PostgreSQL
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Fargate)
Experience deploying ML models into production
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
RESTful API design and development
Containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
Integrating machine learning models into production applications
Data processing at scale and pipelines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to engineering best practices and rigorous testing
Experience with healthcare analytics and regulatory standards (HIPAA, FISMA)
Experience with NLP techniques, computer vision and libraries
Infrastructure-as-code experience
NoSQL databases
Prior experience supporting federal health agencies, a plus
AWS Certifications, a plus
