As a senior member, you will be responsible for architecting and developing modern web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS. You collaborate closely with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop accessible front-end components and features for web applications using JavaScript and ReactJS.
Write clean, maintainable code and follow industry best practices for software development with a focus on accessibility standards.
Manage VPAT, lead WCAG testing, and provide guidance and guardrails to the team on A11Y best practices.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and accessibility.
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions to drive innovation and best practices.
Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces. Key Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and best practices. Experience managing VPATs, WCAG Testing, and A11Y guidance.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a strong emphasis on accessibility.
Extensive experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
Solid understanding and experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Additional Information
