What you will bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
5-8 years of experience in software development, testing, and launching software products. ? 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
4+ years of experience working with relational (SQL) databases (required).
Experience working with Continuous Integration environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Competence in decision-making with a solid understanding of engineering principles, supporting less experienced team members.
Proven ability to lead the development of modules or features and contribute to architectural discussions.
