It facilitates efficient resource allocation for automation projects and governs access through a hierarchical structure with fine-grained role-based permissions. Orchestrator also acts as an integration hub for third-party systems and enterprise applications, enabling scalable and secure automation.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing access control mechanisms, managing automations and their associated metadata, and contributing to the development of core functionalities and scalable infrastructure that power Orchestrator.What you'll do at UiPathDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesCollaborate with teams across UiPath to design and engineer areas of our product and servicesHelp establish effective and agile engineering practices.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationWhat you'll bring to the team6+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high level programming languages (C#, Java, etc.)Proficient in at least one programming language and its ecosystemExperience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP)Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patternsVery good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, asynchronous programmingDeep understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and associated time/memory complexityBroad understanding of their role and function within the overall business strategy, helping drive decision making on projectsExperience working with globally distributed teams, planning feature development, designing system components, and building engineering roadmapNice to haveHands-on experience with C# or related frameworks is a plus#LI-IC1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
