Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Visual Studio) - Long term contract - 100% Remote - PST hours Optomi, in partnership with one of the world's largest consulting firms, is seeking Senior Software Engineers specialized in .NET mobile application development to build and support responsive web applications for statewide healthcare systems. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile experiences that support critical healthcare initiatives. This is a long-term, renewing contract opportunity that offers fully remote flexibility. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core • Build responsive web and mobile UI that works across devices and form factors • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions • Debug, test, and document mobile applications ensuring compliance with state standards • Support integration with backend services and database systems for mobile workflows • Contribute to ongoing modernization and improvement of mobile healthcare systems Environment: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript, REST, Entity Framework, SQL, Docker, ArgoCD Experience of the ideal candidate: • 5+ years of professional .NET development experience, with a strong focus on mobile application development • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Visual Studio • Experience building responsive, multi-form factor mobile applications • Knowledge of SQL and backend integration • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • Previous experience in public sector or healthcare mobile applications is a plus Apply tot his job
