Our scope includes the Lambda website, cloud APIs and systems as well as internal tooling for system deployment, management and maintenance.What you’ll DoJoin a team of industry-leading experts and work alongside the best minds in the fieldCollaborate with top-tier professionals who are shaping the future of the industryBuild core cloud features like Virtualization, SDN, Storage, VPCs for training AI/ML models across thousands of GPUs interconnected with state-of-the-art networking fabricYouLinux - 8+ years developing Linux based production systems. Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals (e.g. Memory Management, Process Scheduling, I/O Scheduling, Socket Buffers, Virtualization/KVM, Live Migration, eBPF, perf).Cloud - 8+ years developing core public cloud internals (e.g. Kernel, Device Drivers, Virtualization, KVM, QEMU, Software Defined Networking, Security, Fleet Health and Performance Monitoring).Architecture - Ability to architect a resilient, large-scale, distributed system from a blank sheet of paper. Have a deep understanding of x86_64, aarch64 and GPUs.Programming Languages - Strong C background. Rust, Python and Go are nice to have.
