Position Overview As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be a key contributor to our innovative and dynamic engineering team based in Vietnam . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities Develop high-quality back-end in Node.js for web applications Familiar with frontend JavaScript web technologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, or AngularJS Maintain and fix bugs for existing backend and web systems Support internal and external users Implement features based on product owner requirements Analyze and fix issues to improve software quality Mentor and provide guidance and best practices to the team Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience in Node.js Experience with MongoDB, REST API, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML5 Passionate about programming and solving problems A diverse web development portfolio is a strong plus Experience in UI/UX and graphic design is an added advantage Nice to Have Familiarity with TDD / BDD Familiarity with Postman Familiarity with Node.js testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, Selenium, etc. Experience with web templating languages such as Pug or Slim What You’ll Get Fast-moving, challenging, and unique business problems Strong learning and development plans for career growth International work environment and flat organizational structure Competitive salary Remote role based in Vietnam with flexible working hours and arrangements Originally posted on Himalayas
