Senior Software Engineer, Customer Obsession

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to be focused on customer needs and be ready to jump in on specific customer requests. You’ll be a part of a team that is working to make sure that the customer is delighted with the product and addresses some of the most critical aspects to enable customers to get the most out of the product. As a Senior Engineer on this team you will be working in multiple different product areas to expand or enhance feature sets to address these customer needs. You should be able to move between areas of the code to have an impact and be able to determine the right level of scope to address these customer needs. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
