Who we are looking for

A Senior Software Automation Testing Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts by creating detailed test plans, conducting both manual and automated testing, and ensuring software meets high quality and performance standards. They collaborate closely with development, product, and design teams to identify defects, track issues to resolution, and provide regular updates on testing progress. Additionally, they mentor junior team members, design automated test scripts, and continually seek process improvements to increase testing efficiency. The role requires strong experience with QA tools, test automation frameworks, and excellent communication and leadership skills to drive quality across the software development lifecycle.

• Lead the execution of both manual and automated test cases
• Prioritize and categorize defects based on impact and severity
• Suggest process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage
• Adhere to Best Practices with company software
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Work in accordance with The Re:Build Way

What you bring to the Team
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, or similar languages for writing test scripts or automated test cases
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman)
• Experience with AWS is a plus
• Guide and mentor other QA engineers, providing feedback and knowledge-sharing
• Willingness to travel quarterly
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Required: Quarterly Travel for team meetings.
