Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the team by providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Communicate with external partners and customers to address any quality-related concerns or feedback.
Participate in the development of new AI software products, providing quality assurance expertise and guidance.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Develop and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures for internal and external use.
