Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.


We are looking for a Sr. Social Media Manager, Video Games to join our expanding Video Games division. The Sr. Social Media Manager, Video Games will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for video games projects. The Sr. Social Media Manager, Video Games will have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.

Your Impact
  • Create and manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Interface daily with clients 
  • Ideate social media content buckets and creative
  • Post content to all social media channels
  • Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed
  • Facilitate community management on all social media channels
  • Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign
  • Participate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the company
  • Administer reporting and analytics


Your Experience
  • 3-4+ years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment and/or the video games industry
  • A robust working knowledge in the Video Game industry and community
  • Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Highly detail-oriented with campaign management, operations, and execution
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team


Your Availability
  • M-F: 9am-6pm EST
  • Occasional weekends and holiday support

$60,000 - $90,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $60,000-$90,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
