About the Role As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on our Media Content team, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and running a diverse set of services that ingest, transform, and manage all media content across Apple products. You'll work closely with our development teams to ensure that our systems are highly available, fast, and efficient, and that we're delivering a seamless customer experience. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Designing and building reliable systems that can handle the demands of our global customer base Collaborating with development teams to ensure that our services are scalable, efficient, and meet our high standards for performance and reliability Developing and implementing automation tools and infrastructure to reduce operational load and improve efficiency Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that impact our services and customers Working with our teams to transition our services to new Kubernetes microservices and state-of-the-art observability tools and monitoring platforms Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong technical background and a passion for building reliable systems.
