The Designer delivers innovative solutions for complex professional services projects while providing an excellent client and end-user experience.Your ImpactConduct peer reviews to ensure leading practices and qualityFacilitate meetings, brainstorms, and design reviewsInitiates discussions to define system requirements, problems, and goalsGathers requirements and feedbackCreate initial design concept, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using FigmaDevelop journey maps and user flows to visualize use casesPresent design artifacts and rationaleConduct design QAManage and maintain the Figma design systemLearn and share product knowledgeDesign sprints and design methodologyYour Experience5-10 years of UX/UI Design experience1-3 years of Agency experience or experience supporting multiple clients at a timeStrong understanding of the ServiceNow platform or similar Enterprise Solutions (SaaS)Evidence of polished work examples or portfolio highly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clientsStrong attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situationsStrong relationship management skills with all levelsAbility to design functional user interfaces for web-based productsProficient in creating wireframes and high fidelity mockupsWorking knowledge of design system and workflowsAbility to deliver high degree of customer satisfactionComfortable working in a matrixed organizationComfortable working with ambiguity and changeEducation:Bachelor's degree in Design or related field or demonstrated work experienceWe Take Care of Our PeopleNewRocket is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
