Senior ServiceNow Telecom Architect Location: Remote Type: Contract Top 3 Required Skills ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT): 12+ Years ServiceNow TSOM, TSM, TNI: 12+ Years (Experience in Telecom specific modules OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer is mandatory. No generic ServiceNow experience is considered.) ServiceNow ITOM Event Management: 10+ Years Summary This is a senior-level Software Engineering role focused on developing and configuring applications within the ServiceNow platform specifically for the Telecom Industry. The developer will use their deep expertise in ServiceNow's Telecom-specific modules (OMT, TSOM, TNI, etc.) to meet complex business process and application requirements. They will also be expected to lead, provide mentorship, and contribute to key team decisions. Responsibilities • Architect and configure applications in line with design recommendations from architects/Tech Leads. • Apply hands-on experience in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, and Flow Designer components. • Develop innovative application solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members. • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules. • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services. • Perform system upgrades, patches, maintenance, and troubleshoot performance issues. • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Required Skills • ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT): 7+ Years • ServiceNow TSOM, TSM, TNI: 7+ Years • CMDB, SOMT, Integrations Hub, Flow Designer: 7+ Years • ServiceNow: 7+ Years in ServiceNow based projects. • Industry Experience: ServiceNow experience for Telecom Industry is mandatory. • Education: Engineering, IT Nice-to-Have Skills • ServiceNow Migration • Certification in CSA / CAD / CIS • ServiceNow ITOM Event Management • Candidate Traits • Expected to be a technology subject matter expert. • Able to collaborate and manage a team effectively. • Responsible for team decisions and engaging with multiple teams.
