Accountabilities • Design and maintain the architectural framework for ServiceNow solutions. • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow Service Portals. • Create and enhance custom widgets using AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Implement portal pages, themes, and branding. • Lead the design and development of custom applications. • Architect and implement complex data integrations with external systems. • Design mechanisms for generating outgoing XML data. • Design and develop customized user interfaces. • Oversee deployment and maintenance of ServiceNow instances. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance. • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements. • Support business growth by contributing to proposals. Requirements • 10+ years of related experience in software engineering. • Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture and development. • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development. • Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. • Strong experience with data exchange formats like XML and JSON. • Ability to document and create functionality aligning with customer value streams. • Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. • Ability to mentor junior developers.
