About the Role: As Senior SEO Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone of Motive’s fast-scaling organic program, with accountability for executing and optimizing our core SEO and emerging AIO/AEO initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organic Growth (SEO/AIO), you will own the tactical day-to-day and strategic execution of search-driven programs – including SEO content operations, technical improvements, channel strategy (Web/YouTube), localization, link building, online reputation, analytics, and foundational support for AI-powered search visibility. This role is pivotal for advancing Motive’s organic channel KPIs and supporting brand OKRs (leadership in driver safety, AI, and trusted industry reputation). What You'll Do: Manage and optimize the SEO content pipeline, including keyword research, editorial calendar, content review, and coordinating writers and editors to align with business priorities. Oversee technical SEO, site health, and collaborate with engineering to address issues such as site speed, crawlability, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. Develop and execute link building strategies, internal linking plans, and support off-page SEO to strengthen domain authority and online reputation. Lead page development and optimization for new and existing properties, and drive localization for international markets. Own regular SEO reporting and analytics using tools like GSC, GA4, and support experimentation for AI-powered search and generative answer optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and analytics teams to maximize channel performance across web and video platforms What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in SEO/organic growth (B2B/SaaS preferred), with demonstrated success owning results in high-velocity or competitive categories. Strong hands-on skills in SEO content pipeline management (calendar, QA, writer/SME coordination), technical SEO basics (crawl, schema, audits), and modern analytics/reporting tools. Experience with on-page and off-page SEO (including linkbuilding and YouTube/video SEO). Prior experience managing or contributing to localization & international SEO efforts Familiarity with or strong interest in AIO/AEO and AI-powered search visibility (LLMs, generative answers, structured content for AI). Analytical mindset, detail-oriented approach; able to balance execution speed with quality and strategic alignment. Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with content, web, creative, and analytics teams. Clear and timely communicator, with a growth mindset and willingness to iterate and learn. Fluent in one or more of these languages is a plus (Spanish, French, German, Italian) Experience with SEO tools like: Google Search Console, SEMrush, STAT, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Brightedge, Conductor, Profound, GA4, Amplitude etc. Pay Transparency Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
