Senior SEO Lead for Multi-Site Portfolio (Agencies + E-commerce)
We are seeking a high-level SEO Specialist to manage the search performance of four distinct WordPress websites: 1- Marketing & Digital Agency (Authority & Lead Gen focus) 2- Branding Agency (Portfolio & Creative Keyword focus) 3- Two E-commerce Stores (Product Ranking & Conversion focus) This is a comprehensive role covering technical audits, on-page optimization across Rank Math and AIOSEO, and—most importantly—authoritative off-page link building. Key Responsibilities - Portfolio Management: Perform monthly technical audits and rank tracking for all 4 sites. - Plugin Expertise: Full management of AIOSEO and Rank Math (XML sitemaps, schema markup, and redirection managers). - On-Page Strategy: Optimize agency landing pages for high-intent B2B keywords and e-commerce product pages for long-tail buyer intent. - Off-Page Authority: Execute high-impact link-building campaigns. We are not looking for PBNs or spammy directory links. We need genuine outreach, Digital PR, and skyscraper techniques. Required Experience - Proven Link Building: You must demonstrate a track record of securing links from high-DR (70+), topically relevant domains. - WordPress Power User: Expert-level knowledge of WordPress, specifically how SEO plugins interact with different themes/builders. - Rank Math & AIOSEO: Deep understanding of the differences in how these plugins handle Schema and On-page scoring. - E-commerce SEO: Experience managing large catalogs, handling "Out of Stock" SEO, and optimizing category hierarchies.
