Ensuring the successful integration and support of customers on our platform. Acting as a trusted consultant in this growing and high-profile area. You'll learn and implement creative solutions to help customers leverage Akamai's security products and achieve desired outcomes.As a Security Consultant II, you will be responsible for:Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping them develop a long-term security strategyPartnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service and ensure customer engagementSolving technical problems, demonstrating Akamai's value, and communicating clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiencesParticipating in training and internal projects, contributing to best practices, maximising efficiency, and improving service qualityDo what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industryHave a basic experience web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures (e.g. J2EE, HTTP, DNS)Have a working knowledge of security and identity technology, process and concepts, and security event management/complianceDemonstrate basic project management experience to deliver technical projects successfullyDemonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customersBe fluent in French and EnglishWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
