Focused on customer preference and consent data, this role involves building robust test automation, conducting performance testing, and ensuring data quality across systems. The ideal candidate brings experience in backend or data-focused testing environments, strong technical skills in Python or Java, and a deep understanding of modern MDM and customer data practices. Collaboration across engineering, data, and marketing teams is essential to drive quality in systems that directly impact business operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies for MDM integrations and customer preference data pipelinesDesign and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python or similar languagesExecute manual and automated test suites for validating data accuracy, completeness, and consent workflowsConduct performance and load testing to ensure scalability of Reltio and integrated systemsImplement data quality validation for matching algorithms and cleansing routinesCollaborate with engineering and data governance teams to understand workflows and integration pointsIdentify and implement tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage across data systemsQualifications and Job Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, preferably focused on backend or data systemsProficiency in Python, Java, or another programming languageStrong experience with automated testing frameworks and toolsUnderstanding of MDM concepts, customer data management, and consent data flowsFamiliarity with AWS services (Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, SQS) and SQLKnowledge of API testing and validation methodologiesStrong analytical and communication skillsAttention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and reliabilityWhat We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
