As a Senior Scientist, Emerging Experiences, you will be responsible for defining, conducting, analyzing, and socializing research studies that generate insights to inform business decisions across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams passionate about delivering the most engaging, innovative, and inclusive experiences. Your expertise will help us unlock future growth and engage audiences worldwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Fostering strong collaborations with cross-functional partners, including members of other Consumer Experiences groups, Product, Design, Content, and Data Science
Shaping research agendas and prioritizing research plans to address business needs and drive impact
Defining, designing, executing, and socializing research studies that build a deep understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences globally
Proactively identifying high-impact business questions and needs that research can illuminate
Integrating data and connecting dots between multiple sources to generate clear insights with significant business impact
Bringing the customer's voice into the room to influence business decisions and drive growth
We're looking for a talented individual with:
Proven experience in product and/or customer experience (UX) research, with mixed methods expertise and hands-on experience leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research studies
A postgraduate degree in psychology, social sciences, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and other Consumer Insights scientists to proactively develop research initiatives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results
A track record of thought leadership and delivering research to inform business, marketing, and product development strategies and guides
