Senior SAP Consultant
Immediate need for multiple Full Stack SAP Developers with S/4 HANA, BTP and CAPM for long term, hybrid onsite contract opportunities. Candidates must be available to work onsite in the NJ office 3 days per week. The successful candidates will be motivated self-starters who can work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Proven success in greenfield implementations is desired. The ideal candidates will combine strong ABAP Cloud and RAP expertise with a clear understanding of Clean Core principles. Responsibilities will include: • Design, develop, and deploy full stack solutions leveraging S/4HANA and SAP BTP. • Develop and maintain upgrade-safe, extensible solutions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud following Clean Core principles. • Use ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) to build modern, cloud-ready applications. • Provide hands-on support for existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. • Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end, back-end, and integration layers. • Develop APIs, CDS views, OData services, and integration scenarios that support regulated business processes. • Stay up to date with emerging SAP technologies and recommend best practices to the team. • Deliver high-quality code and documentation in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, ABAP Cloud Development and the RAP model. • Strong understanding of SAP Clean Core strategy and extensibility patterns. • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. • Hands-on experience with CDS views, OData, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP development tools. • Strong background in greenfield implementations, system support and maintenance. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore). • Proficiency in modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development. • Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment (e.g., SAP Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes). • Exposure to CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and event-driven architectures.
