Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
Customize Salesforce platforms to meet client-specific business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Guide and mentor junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Ensure data security, compliance, and quality in all development work.
Required Skills:
12+ years of IT experience with Salesforce development.
Expert-level experience in Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable Apex.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, API management, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps processes for Salesforce.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
