Senior Sales Process Specialist

This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our Lowell, AR locationEngages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines Works autonomously within established procedures to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools Client follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders. Process quotes into Orders using ERP Support account managers & SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others but is not a supervisor Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested Proposes improvements to processes Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable Build an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience Meet established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities. High school diploma Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software 6+ years of related experience Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes Sufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes. Experience managing internal systems and data sources Strong communication and administrative skills English proficiency preferred. What We Offer:Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $90,000 to $102,000. which includes a base salary of $75,000. - $85,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 20% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
