This platform will consolidate existing tools (Toki, CDP, Kayo) into a cohesive ecosystem that streamlines both pre-sales and post-sales functions, with an emphasis on creating shared, reusable functionality like recommendations and alerting systems that can benefit multiple teams.In this role, you will be the design lead responsible for creating an elegant and efficient experience for Account Managers, Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Representatives. Working across multiple teams and initiatives, you'll need to demonstrate strong system-thinking abilities to connect disparate workflows into a unified, intuitive platform. Your work will directly impact Ramp's sales effectiveness by designing tools that enhance productivity and drive better outcomes across the entire sales funnel.We're initially focusing on solutions for Sales Development (Toki) and Account Management/Customer Success (Kayo) teams, with plans to expand our platform to support Account Executives, Channel Partner Managers, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and senior-level experience in complex B2B product design. You'll need to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across Growth, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams while maintaining a clear vision for the platform's user experience. Your ability to understand various sales functions' needs and translate them into scalable design solutions will be crucial in helping Ramp's sales team operate more efficiently and drive business growth.Please note that this Senior Product Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/weekWhat You’ll DoLead design and user experience for significant parts of our core product; contribute to the design process from prioritization through launchWork directly with Principal Designers, Product, and Engineering leads to transforming company strategy into prioritized initiatives in the roadmap and identifying the right problems to solveBe comfortable with breaking down ambiguous problems, ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work, and aligning a cross-functional team around itSweat the details, strive for simplicity, and tie together interconnected projects to make complex tasks approachableBe opinionated and leverage a direct line to our customers to get insights. Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify points of friction and opportunities for improvement for every initiativeAdvocate for our users by continuously iterating on and evolving our core products and experiences.
