We invite you to join us in this transformation.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to coordinate and drive our Amazon strategy across European markets. This is a senior individual contributor role—focused on collaboration, coordination, and enablement.You will work closely with country Amazon account managers embedded in our UK, Germany, France, and Italy teams, ensuring strategic alignment while respecting local market ownership. You will serve as the critical link between global Amazon strategy and local execution, driving growth and operational excellence across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & CoordinationDevelop and execute EU Amazon strategy aligned with global objectivesCoordinate strategy across EU country Amazon account managers (UK, Germany, France, Italy)Run weekly EU Amazon coordination meetings to align priorities and share best practicesDrive cross-country Amazon initiatives and identify growth opportunitiesTrack and report on EU Amazon P&L, breaking down performance into country-level insightsRelationship ManagementManage the Amazon EU leadership relationship at regional levelCollaborate with Country Leaders to support their Amazon account managersWork through priority conflicts between country and regional objectivesServe as escalation point for complex Amazon-related matters across EuropeEnablement & ExcellenceShare best practices and drive operational excellence across EU marketsSupport country account managers with strategic guidance and Amazon expertiseContribute to capability development of the European Amazon teamMonitor competitive landscape and market trends across European Amazon marketplacesRequirements7+ years of progressive experience in sales/Amazon account management, e-commerce, or digital salesProven track record of driving growth and performance on sales/Amazon platforms across multiple European marketsDeep understanding of sales/Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, retail operations, and marketplace dynamicsExperience working in a matrix organization with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authorityStrong analytical skills with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and performance trackingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and levelsFluency in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) are a plusWillingness to travel across European markets as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience in consumer electronics, audio, or premium lifestyle brandsBackground working directly with Amazon EU teams at senior levelExperience with Amazon Advertising, A+ Content, and brand store optimizationKnowledge of European retail landscape and omnichannel dynamicsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package including base salary and performance bonusHealth and wellbeing benefitsPension plan contributionsGenerous employee discount on Bose productsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative, innovative work environment with passionate colleaguesWhy Join UsAt Bose, we're a company built on disruptive innovation—having the courage to challenge the status quo, an unwavering commitment to our customers, and the fundamental belief that anything is possible.
