This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, remote-first engineering team focused on delivering a high-impact, consumer-grade productivity application. The Senior Ruby on Rails Developer will design, build, and maintain backend systems, helping scale a growing codebase while mentoring peers and improving engineering processes. Benefits • Competitive salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, based on experience. • Meaningful equity participation. • Flexible, remote-first work environment spanning the U.S. • Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and team growth. • Inclusive, supportive company culture valuing respect, accountability, and collaboration.
