You'll be joining a team of seasoned startup operators, data-driven strategists, and creative builders focused on raising the bar in GTM execution. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on RevOps Leader with deep HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable revenue systems. You'll own the end-to-end RevOps strategy for multiple clients, lead a growing team of specialists, and help define the future of productized RevOps services. This role blends technical leadership, client strategy, and team development ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to make a real impact on the growth trajectories of SaaS companies. Key Responsibilities Strategic RevOps Leadership (60%) • Design, implement, and continuously improve RevOps systems across marketing, sales, and customer success functions. • Build, optimize, and maintain GTM tech stacks using HubSpot (core), and optionally Salesforce and related tools. • Create scalable frameworks for lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, forecasting, and data governance. • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in RevOps strategy and HubSpot implementation. Innovation & Productization (20%) • Develop new RevOps service offerings and internal tools that improve delivery quality and speed. • Contribute to the roadmap for proprietary RevOps accelerators (dashboards, audit tools, etc.). • Explore emerging tech (AI, no-code tools, automations) to elevate the agency's RevOps capabilities. Team Management & Enablement (20%) • Lead a team of 36 RevOps and HubSpot specialists. • Mentor junior team members and set clear growth paths and KPIs. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning. • Ensure delivery consistency through documentation, templates, and internal training.
