We're seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Accountant to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our properties. As a key member of our accounting operations, you'll be responsible for managing complex financial data, analyzing trends, and providing insightful reporting to support business decisions.
Essential Skills:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration (or equivalent experience)
ā¢ 5+ years of accounting experience
ā¢ 3+ years of residential property experience
ā¢ Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
ā¢ Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Nice to Have Skills:
ā¢ Prior experience with Yardi software
ā¢ Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
ā¢ Competitive annual salary: $98,000 - $105,000
