Responsibilities:

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
