CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This is a remote opportunity that offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our West Palm Beach office. Job Summary As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sourcing strategy for high-priority open positions and future hiring expectations. You will lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, source, develop, and maintain a pipeline and network of diverse key technical talent, and maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities. You will also partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize staffing needs and workforce planning strategies, and communicate with candidates and leads for open positions and programs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for high-priority open positions and future hiring expectations Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, developing, and maintaining a pipeline and network of diverse key technical talent Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to ensure legal compliance with staffing practices and processes Partner with hiring managers to identify and prioritize staffing needs and workforce planning strategies Communicate with candidates and leads for open positions and programs, including reviewing resumes, prescreening candidates, and preparing applicants for interviewing Ensure timely feedback to applicants and hiring managers throughout the process, and extend offers of employment under the direction of hiring managers and within the guidelines of the firm's compensation policy Maintain accurate records using the full functionality of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Prepare statistical reports concerning the recruitment process and provide reports to hiring managers on candidate activity and job status Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 4 years of related experience in recruitment or a related field Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and technology for sourcing candidates Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work with all types of people at a variety of levels Preferred Qualifications: Recruiting experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry Recruiting in an OFCCP and EEO environment Advanced sourcing techniques for targeting passive candidates Experience with Brassring Applicant Tracking System (ATS) What We Offer: Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Career Growth Opportunities: At CDM Smith, we are committed to providing opportunities for career growth and development.
