As a Senior Recruiter, you will be joining a small, tight-knit team, and manage a variety of roles across GTM, G&A, Legal, Supply Chain & Manufacturing. You will own the entire recruiting process, from managing internal clients, qualifying job requirements, sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional candidates. You should view this role as an orchestrator and shepherd for candidates, hiring teams, and leaders.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end recruiting process for our growing business, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and an exceptional candidate experienceScreen resumes, source candidates, and evaluate potential fit for LambdaCollaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to continuously drive effective sourcing strategies; group sourcing meetings, referral programs, sourcing research, market mapping, etc.Facilitate interviews and guide the hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadershipUtilize data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiencyMaintain key recruiting performance metrics for the organizations that you supportContinuously explore new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting processYou Have at least 5-8 years of recruiting experience, including a proven track record of cultivating relationships with and hiring highly competitive talentStrong strategic thinker with excellent operational executionAre able to effectively evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and functional competenciesHave an interest in emerging technologies and an aptitude for learning new industriesAre proficient in sourcing on platforms; LinkedIn, angellist, github, as well as other techniquesHave experience utilizing an applicant tracking system to create metrics and manage candidate pipelinesHave a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsNice to HaveExperience in the machine learning or computer hardware industryExperience recruiting for cloud business or developer tools Experience with AshbyExpertise with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)Salary Range Information Based on market data and other factors, the annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $200,000.
