In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications prioritizing performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a high-quality codebase.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure smooth and responsive applications.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development workflows and product quality.
What You Should Have
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience with React.js.
• Solid expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and state management solutions such as Redux and Context API.
• Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend services.
• Proficient with modern front-end build tools and pipelines, including Webpack, Babel, and npm.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologies like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in team environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
