Senior React Developer with NextJS and Postgres Expertise Needed

Lead Web Developer: React, NextJS, Postgres We are searching for a senior React Developer with deep experience in NextJS and Postgres to build a Coaching Web Application. The web application will be an addition to our mobile app with 10,000+ paying users, and our existing database schemas and code base. We search for someone long-term (1+ year), and full-time. Coaching Web App We already have a mobile app in the weight loss space (wpfcommunity.de) as a subscription based self service product. We would like to add 1:1 coaching within this mobile app and need someone to lead the web development. Position: Lead Web Developer - React, NextJS You will lead the web development for the new coaching platform and 1-2 developers. What you'll work on: - Build the coaching web app FE from the ground up using React and NextJS - Build the backend with NestJS - Manage and optimise the infrastructure on AWS - Integrate with existing Postgres schemas and backend services . Lead architecture decisions for the new platform - Mentor and coordinate with junior developers - Review PRs of other developers while coding yourself ! Important: We are searching for a developer that ships high quality code fast. We ship every day and have an already strong development team in place. Tech Stack You must have real experience in: - React and NextJS - NestJS - React Query / TanStack Query - Sentry - Postgres - AWS [optional] What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has experience building complex applications in a scalable way, and can lead execution without hand holding.
