Join us, and let's revolutionize behavioral health software together while making a real difference!About the PositionJoin our team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, where your primary focus will be designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated testing solutions across our API and UI layers for an industry-leading SaaS application. In addition to core automation responsibilities, you will contribute to load and performance testing initiatives to help validate system scalability and reliability.As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and guide others, promote best practices in automation and testing strategy, and help drive quality across a distributed engineering organization.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for API and UI layersCollaborate with QA and development teams to define and implement a Ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline to improve efficiency and accelerate deliveryContribute to load, stress, and endurance testing efforts to validate system performance and scalabilityAssist in identifying performance bottlenecks and partner with engineering teams on remediation effortsAnalyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and create actionable defect reportsValidate software to ensure it meets requirements and maintains high quality standardsPerform manual testing where automation is not appropriatePromote consistency in testing practices across a distributed set of development teamsRecommend improvements to automation, testing processes, and overall quality practicesMentor team members on automation development, automation design patterns, testing strategies, and best practicesProvide technical leadership in building maintainable, scalable, and reusable test frameworks What We're Looking For8+ years of experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment5+ years of experience developing API and UI test automation solutionsHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.)Experience contributing to load/performance testing efforts (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling)Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patternsProficiency in languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScriptStrong understanding of web and browser technologiesBS and/or MS in a technical discipline (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred) What We OfferCompetitive salary - $95,000-$125,000Employer sponsored health, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement plan with company contributionAnnual company profit sharingPersonal development/training budgetOpen, collaborative work environmentExtensive 2-week onboarding planComprehensive mentorship programEqual Opportunity Employer Statement & Applicant RightsTherapyNotes LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected status under federal, state, or local law.
