Senior Quality Assur Analyst- Security focused

Our client, a leading organization in the Finance sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedSenior Quality Assur Analyst to join their dynamic team. As aSenior Quality Assur Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting security and system integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title:Senior Quality Assur Analyst- Security focused Location: Mayfield Village, OH (Remote work available) Pay Range:$50-$60/hr What's the Job? • Establish testing readiness, specify skill needs, analyze risks, and provide estimates and plans for testing efforts. • Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, systems analysis, and testing review discussions to ensure quality standards are met. • Determine scope and focus of testing efforts, creating Test Strategy and risk analysis to guide testing activities.• Prepare test tools, automation scripts, and environment assets to support comprehensive testing efforts. • Create, utilize, and maintain automated scripts to enhance testing efficiency, troubleshooting issues with scripts as needed. What's Needed? • Experience working with SQL Server Always Encrypted (AE) and schema analysis for encryption compatibility. • Proficiency in designing security-focused test cases and validating encryption implementation and data protection mechanisms. • Deep understanding of application security, including OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.• Hands-on experience with data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption, along with key management and security tool integration. • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to formulate meaningful questions and guide investigation and decision-making processes.
