Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Quality at Compass is at the forefront of our products, and we are looking for a self-driven, passionate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Foodbuy IT team. On this team you will help drive innovation and continue building out the critical Foodbuy products that processes millions of records of data per month. Our product teams are responsible for creating premier customer experiences using technical capabilities that are deployed on AWS.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Team to refine user stories and deliver high quality solutions
Test case creation and execution to meet User Story acceptance criteria
Build and maintain regression suite
Define and drive Automation framework and Test Case management strategies
Continue learning and sharing knowledge with the rest of team
over small training sessions
Collaborate with peers in Quality Community of Practice to ensure quality standards across FoodbuyIT
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a quality role or technical IT related job role.
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks
Demonstrated ability to leverage agile methodologies partnering with stakeholders and product team to ensure high quality solutions.
T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience using a test case management tool ideally Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps
Keen eye for detail and willingness to ask questions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience working in cloud environments AWS or Azure
Experience using Azure Dev Ops
Building and maintaining automated test cases
Experience using Postman
