About the position As a Senior QA Validation Analyst with ELN, you will make an impact by leading the testing and validation efforts for Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and their integrations. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with research, development, QA, and IT stakeholders to ensure robust testing practices and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will: Lead the testing strategy for ELN systems, ensuring robust and efficient processes. Oversee testing activities to guarantee seamless integration across systems. Utilize ALM tools to manage and streamline testing workflows. Collaborate with research and development teams to align testing with project goals. Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to cover all functional requirements. Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly. Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive innovation in testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all testing activities adhere to company policies and industry's best practices. Analyz test results to provide actionable insights for product enhancements.
