We are currently seeking a Senior QA Tester (Remote) to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US). Job Description: Responsibilities Responsible for testing Salesforce.com application and validating that all business requirements and use cases have been met. Work with Project Leader / Technical Consultants to understand the functionality and accordingly test the application covering all business scenarios. Create test data, perform testing and record the defects in a specific tool (as defined by client) and coordinate with technical teams on defect resolution. Client is responsible for writing UAT Test Scripts; however, QA Specialist may provide inputs and guidance to business teams with writing UAT test scripts. The primary goal of this role is to anticipate potential defects and really validate the system to identify as many defects as possible before the code is pushed to production. Resource must thoroughly re-test after defects have been fixed as well as perform regression testing to ensure that new code fix does not break old functionality. This resource is also expected to participate in daily stand up meetings as well as all other activities normally expected from a scrum team. Requirements 5+ years of overall experience as Quality Assurance specialist 2+ years of experience in Salesforce testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
