This role is key to validating workflows across multiple user roles and devices, supporting both manual and automated testing practices. You’ll work closely with developers, contribute to bug triaging, and take ownership of test planning, regression coverage, and integration validation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, methodical, and experienced in testing dynamic web applications.ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain detailed test plans covering all major workflows: editor, viewer, admin, and internal toolsExecute end-to-end and integration testing for key features like autosave, publish queue, and CRM syncPerform cross-browser and cross-device UI validation, including caching and role-based access scenariosSupport and enhance automated test suites using tools like Cypress or PlaywrightCollaborate with developers to investigate bugs and ensure proper coverage of fixesDocument and update regression test cases; conduct exploratory testing as neededValidate data sync accuracy and publishing lifecycle logicAssist in defining QA best practices across the teamQualifications and Job RequirementsProven experience in manual and automated QA for web applicationsProficiency with Cypress, Playwright, or similar test automation frameworksExperience in API testing, integration validation, and data sync workflowsStrong skills in documenting test cases, creating regression suites, and exploratory testingFamiliarity with UI testing across browsers/devices and RBAC validationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
