Senior Python/AI Engineer

Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Senior Python / AI Engineer to own the development of intelligent agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply experienced in AI integration, prompt engineering, and building scalable multi-agent architectures. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, working with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to bring advanced capabilities into production systems. Primary Responsibilities Design and implement AI agents using Python Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflows Integrate LLMs using modern patterns and frameworks (e.g., Bedrock) Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality outputs Implement A2A (agent-to-agent) communication patterns Build pipelines for image and document processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into user-facing applications Continuously evaluate and improve AI system performance Some Must-Haves: 5+ years of software engineering experience Strong Python development skills Experience working with LLMs and AI integration patterns Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent-based systems Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration concepts Experience with document or image processing pipelines Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms Familiarity with emerging AI agent frameworks Experience optimizing AI workflows in production environments Where We're Looking For It: Latin America Open to 100% Fully Remote Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
