Senior Python Developer – Generative AI

Job Title: Senior Python Developer – Generative AI Experience: Minimum 10+ Years Work Authorization: USC, GC, H4 EAD, L2S only Employment Type: Full-time Location: Multiple locations over USA Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong Generative AI expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall software development experience, deep hands-on expertise in Python, and proven experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks in production environments. Candidates with strong MNC experience based in India are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based applications and services. • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). • Build and optimize AI pipelines involving prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation. • Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and microservices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions. • Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of AI applications. • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers. • Diagnose and resolve complex production issues. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. • Mandatory experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar. • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases. • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Strong prior experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 MNCs in India (onsite or offshore delivery models). • Experience deploying GenAI or AI/ML solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. • Exposure to MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. • Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Product-based organizations.
