Description:
*Responsibilities**
Review and prepare financial statements for multiple properties
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Create budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances
Handle CAM reconciliations, estimations, budgets, and tenant disputes
Maintain property balance sheet and income statement accounts
Independently work and collaborate within a team environment
Generate rent increase and commencement letters
Review sales reports and calculate/bill percentage rent
Enter and manage tenant data in accounting systems
Communicate with tenants regarding collections and billing
Review and input A/R adjustments and miscellaneous invoicing
*Qualifications**
Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and relevant software tools
Experience with CAM reconciliation processes
Strong grasp of real estate accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field
