What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines
- Establish goals and objectives for the team and supervise project managers and CAD operators
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews throughout all project phases
- Supervise and manage the performance and development of team members
- Directly participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in engineering/construction project accountability roles
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing project management teams
- Familiarity with government laws and regulations related to project management
- Strong technical proficiency in project management tools and software
- Background in consulting services related to tenant improvement projects
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders
