Strategic Leadership – Own and deliver high-impact SAP S/4HANA and PLM projects from inception to completion Innovation & Modernization – Spearhead initiatives that modernize business processes and enable end-to-end product lifecycle visibility Collaborative Culture – Work with cross-functional teams in a transparent, agile, and growth-oriented environment Professional Growth – A dvance your leadership and technical skills while mentoring others and influencing enterprise strategy Direct Impact – Shape the future of IT delivery and business operations for a leading organization Responsibilities • Lead complex SAP S/4HANA and PLM projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, and integrations with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering systems • Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive-level reporting • Implement governance frameworks to ensure quality, scope control, and achievement of KPIs • Drive organizational change management to maximize business readiness and solution adoption • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and mentor project teams to achieve high performance Requirements • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and PLM initiatives • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, PTC Windchill) • Experience managing full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Strong background in technology infrastructure delivery, especially cloud-based and hybrid solutions • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive reporting skills • Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as PMP, Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Nice-to-haves • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, multi-site deployments, and integration with PLM and manufacturing execution systems • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or SAP S/4HANA • Background in regulated industries (manufacturing, food & beverage, life sciences) • Expertise in organizational change management and business process reengineering • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or SAP S/4HANA certification preferred (or equivalent experience) Benefits • Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $116,000–$126,000 annually or $90–$110 per hour , depending on your skills, experience, and location.
