Job Summary:
Lead transformational IT Asset Management (ITAM) engagements, managing deliverables and timelines for multiple initiatives. Coordinate stakeholder inputs, manage ITAM documentation, and ensure consistent messaging across projects. Serve as a change advocate, driving process adoption and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Core Work Activities:
ā¢ Stakeholder Management: Support diverse teams and stakeholders, build relationships, and champion customer experience.
ā¢ Strategic Communication: Develop and deliver clear, compelling business narratives and visuals. Create engaging materials consistent with company branding.
ā¢ Project Management & Delivery: Organize cross-departmental teams, manage initiatives, and drive change processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
ā¢ Inform and update leaders and stakeholders through various communication channels.
ā¢ Present ideas and information concisely and organized.
ā¢ Maintain positive working relations and manage time effectively.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
ā¢ Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification.
ā¢ 7 years of information technology experience.
ā¢ 4 years of Agile Project Management experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
ā¢ Strong visual design and storytelling portfolio.
ā¢ Knowledge of ITAM governance and processes.
ā¢ Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels.
ā¢ Experience with Jira for managing initiatives.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects.
Preferred:
ā¢ Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
ā¢ SAFe certifications (Agilist, Scrum Master, etc.).
ā¢ Asset Management certification (IAM or equivalent).
ā¢ Experience in regulatory and compliance programs.
ā¢ Expertise in creating high-impact presentations for executive leadership.
