Let's shape the future together.We make it work.Job Description:As a part of the Large Scale Project Management (LSP-M) department at our HQ, you will join a diverse, international team and report directly to the Head of Department. We are looking for an open, communicative and experienced professional to support the successful delivery of future large-scale projects.In your role as Senior Project Manager (International), you take full operational responsibility for complex construction projects, ensuring delivery in line with defined scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. Acting as the main customer interface, you lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure the consistent application of project management standards. In addition, you manage multiple related projects within large-scale programs and oversee the commercial strategy during the acquisition phase to achieve targeted win ratios.Key Responsibilities include:Leading international construction projects according to the Project AgreementManaging scope, schedule, costs, risks, and resourcesActing as main customer interface and coordinating with internal/external stakeholdersCreating Project Agreements and preparing cost calculationsLeading project teams, selecting team members, and distributing work packagesEnsuring project transparency through structured reporting and regular plan updatesDriving commercial performance in collaboration with the Project OwnerEnsuring knowledge transfer and structured project close-outEscalating critical issues to the Project Owner or Project Steering Committee when requiredQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry (formwork, scaffolding, engineering, or infrastructure preferred)Proven track record managing complex international projectsStrong commercial understanding and experience with project cost controlExcellent leadership, team development, and communication skillsHigh intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationallyProficient with project management toolsFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.Additional Information:A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.We are required by law to state a minimum salary.
