Senior Project Manager, IAM

We are a global company with operating centers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and India.Role Summary:As a Senior Project Manager – IAM, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IAM implementation engagements. You will work closely with technical leads, solution architects, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and manage identity-related projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities: Lead and Lead and manage full lifecycle IAM implementation projects (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, CyberArk).Develop project plans, scope, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.Coordinate with engineering, solution architecture, and client security teams to drive successful delivery.Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).Identify, manage, and resolve project dependencies, risks, and issues.Prepare and present regular project status updates and executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation is maintained and delivered as per contractual obligations.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes. Requirements: 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 3+ years specifically managing IAM or cybersecurity implementation projects.Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts (e.g., IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, provisioning, access governance).Experience working with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Azure AD.Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed or client environments.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
