The Role// We’re looking for an exceptional client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our Strategic Programs team and lead the delivery of high-impact transit and fare payment projects across the globe.You’ll be at the helm of complex, multi-vendor programs, managing cross-functional teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to successfully implement Masabi’s cloud-based, SaaS fare payment platform at major public transit agencies.This is a leadership role that blends strategic insight, delivery excellence, and relationship management. If you have a strong background in transit or payments, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are fluent in both French and English, this is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact on public transport innovation at scale.Location// This is a remote role available to candidates based in Eastern Canada only.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs involving fare payment, ABT (Account-Based Ticketing), and open payments in a SaaS environmentManage project planning, execution, and delivery to scope, schedule, and budget across multiple workstreamsServe as the primary contact for transit agencies, system integrators, and internal teams Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, aligning business, technical, and operational prioritiesProvide expert guidance on delivery governance, best practices, and solution trade-offsSupport Agile delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters, including PI planning, sprint execution, and retrospectivesIdentify and mitigate risks, interdependencies, and blockers across programsReport project status, milestones, and KPIs to Program leadership and external partnersCommunicate progress clearly, reporting milestones, KPIs, and risks to leadership and partnersSupport contract execution, vendor coordination, and financial governanceOversee delivery performance against budget and margin targets, ensuring accuracy in scope, change control, and invoicingContribute to bids and proposals, working with Business Development and Account Managers to assess feasibility and scope new opportunitiesAbout YouSignificant experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, including API integrations - ideally in transit, payments, the public sector or enterprise environmentTrack record of leading multi-vendor projects and collaborating with system integratorsSkilled in Agile delivery; experience with SAFe is a strong advantage (Agile or SAFe certifications are a plus)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in both French and English (spoken and written)Adept at building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating ambiguityConfident communicator with strong leadership and organisational skillsExperience in transformation and change management, ideally within the public sectorSome of our benefits20 days of vacation per year (in addition to public holidays), plus the option to buy an additional 5 days of vacation each year.
